Privacy policy
This policy describes how REGRID Energy s.r.o. processes the personal data of visitors to regrid.cz and of people who contact us about their project.
1. Data controller
The data controller is REGRID Energy s.r.o., Company ID 22369678, VAT ID CZ22369678, registered office at Děčínská 552/1, 180 00 Prague 8 (the “Controller”).

2. What personal data we process
On regrid.cz and in our business communication with you we process:
Contact form data — name, phone number, email address, project type (BESS / PV / hybrid / other) and the content of your message.
Data you provide directly — by email, by phone or in person during the preparation and delivery of a project (for example name, contact details, job title and data contained in project documents).
Technical and analytics data about site usage — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site and traffic source. We process this data using Google Analytics.
Cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and analytics cookies (see section 4).

Analytics cookies are stored only with your consent, which you give in the cookie bar on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your settings in the cookie bar or by deleting cookies in your browser; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal.
Google Analytics is operated by Google Ireland Limited, and processing may involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area (see section 7).
The contact page also contains an embedded map (Google Maps). When it loads, Google may process data under its own privacy policy, independently of REGRID.
5. How long we keep data
Contact form data: for as long as we are handling your enquiry and, if no contract is concluded, for a further 3 years as a record of our dealings.
Where a contract is concluded: for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period required by law (for example accounting records are archived for 10 years under the Czech Accounting Act).
Analytics data: according to the retention period of the relevant cookie (see the table in section 4).
6. Recipients of personal data
We may share personal data with:
the provider of the site’s technical infrastructure (the Framer platform and hosting),
the provider of analytics services (Google Analytics),
external accounting, tax and IT suppliers to the extent necessary to run the company,
public authorities where required by law.
REGRID does not pass personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Transfers outside the EU
The site runs on the Framer platform and uses Google Analytics; the providers of these services may process data outside the European Economic Area (typically in the USA). Such transfers are safeguarded in accordance with the GDPR, in particular through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or under an adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework in Google’s case).
8. Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
access the personal data we process about you,
have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”),
restrict processing,
data portability,
object to processing,
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal,
lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) if you believe the processing of your personal data breaches the GDPR.
9. Data security
REGRID applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or breach.
